Education:
- Essential: Grade 12
- Desirable: Maths 50% and English 50% at Grade 12 level
• Customer service: The employee needs to be friendly and confident when they are talking to customers. They have to be helpful. This way, customers get service, and they feel welcome in the store. The employee has to make sure that the customer service is good at all times. This is really important for customer service. Customer service is what makes customers come back to the store.
* Teamwork: is really important. The employee needs to get along with people at work. They should help their teammates. Support them. This way, the team can do a job and reach the goals that the store has set for them. Teamwork is about working together so the team can succeed.
* Availability: The employee needs to be okay with working hours. This means they have to be available to work on weekends and public holidays when the store needs them to. The employee has to be flexible with their time because the store requires it.
• Basic skills: The employee needs to be good at handling money. They have to count it and make sure payments are processed accurately. This means the employee has to be careful with money and get the payments right. The employee must handle the company’s money carefully.
• Work environment: The employee needs to be okay with standing for a time and do their job well in a busy store where things move quickly.
• Reliability: The employee is supposed to be honest and dependable all the time. They need to show up on time every day. This is very important for Reliability. The employee must be someone that the company can count on for Reliability.
