2. Job Description
The name of this position is self-explanatory and is meaningful to what your roles & duties are & what you’ll be bringing to the table as the manager of the brands/stores supply chain, you have to ensure that you organize transportation for the products & make sure that they arrive on the shelfs on time , you are also given a responsibility to manage the stock.
Being a Supply Chain Graduate is a key role in any industry & it won’t be any different in this position for The Shoprite Group as you’ll be tasked to be a part of them in this important role in making sure that everything in the company runs smoothly, with the skills of inventory & logistics you can surely go far in this industry with being more than just a Supply Chain Graduate.
The Shoprite Groups are offering individuals the opportunity to join at grass root level as a graduate, this position is for individuals who have at least 2-3 years’ experience in this field, someone who has the understanding of what happens when suppliers don’t arrive on time, wages will be given to candidates who do qualify for this position.
This role is essentially you as the Supply Chain Graduate organizing how the goods are moved from the factory to the stores, you are in charge of the transportation as well as the distribution, so you see how important the role is.

- At a junior level your salary wages are mostly upon your experience and since junior level applications are 2-3 years of experience, so the salary range might differ & further instruction will be discussed with employer but the rate is a very acceptable wage for an experienced individual, Entry level positions candidates are less experienced so they are offered learnership as well as some wages but the minimum offer for the position.
